All services provided in the licensed setting are individually tailored to meet the needs of the person we support and occur in typical community settings. The people we support generally live in a spacious, well appointed home in a good neighborhood. We utilize a range of assessments and other techniques to learn about all aspects of the person’s life. Coupled with the unique desires of each person and their support teams, these assessments guide us to set goals and objectives tailored for each person. These tailored support plans include health and medical needs that are then implemented by our professionally trained staff.
We ensure that each person is engaged in activities that provide a fun, caring, enriched life. Our teams also work proactively with schools, vocational providers, and other organizations. to ensure each person has the support he or she needs to be successful in a variety of environments. We currently operate Licensed Homes in California and Washington.
